Payment Option

When to book :
  • It is strongly suggested to make your booking at least two months in advance.
  • You may get good deals on your international flight, if you plan six months before your travelling dates.
  • You may contact us for last minute booking also.
  • In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any unavoidable circumstance/s we must be notified of the same in writing.
  • Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the notification in writing.
Payment of deposit:

The deposit can be paid by Online bank transfer/cash/check/DD and Foreign clients can pay through wire transfer & Pay Pal. Please indicate the tour cost mentioned in your quotation.
The planning process will begin on 30% initial deposit to process the reservations. The 50% needs to be paid 20 days before the tour date. The 20% balance payment one week before the tour date.
When your payment transfer is done, please inform us by e-mail with the wire transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.
India Centric Tours hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the services.

Do’s for Chardham Yatra :
  • Carry sufficient heavy woolens clothes including sweaters, woolen thermal body warmers, trousers, monkey caps, mufflers and any other cold fighting apparel. Other items needed to be carried are wind sheeters, raincoats, water proof shoes with sufficient grips, torch with sufficient batteries and walking sticks. Ladies are advised to avoid sarees. Instead body hugging clothing like Salwar Kamiz, pants, etc are advised.
  • Carry dry eatable stocks with you viz, biscuits, Sugar, Candies, Chocolates, milk powder, assorted dry fruits, honey, lemons and tinned foods and other items suiting your palates. Don’t throw wrappers of chocolates etc. on road or in the forest trek during journey, better to use dustbins if possible otherwise keep it in your pocket and throw when you find dustbin.
  • Registered pony walla, porter, dandy man may only be hired. They are available for prefixed tariffs.
  • Ponies carrying luggage and eatables should remain with you all the time. At no point of time should you get out of touch with them. This is to avoid inconvenience.
  • Move slowly and steadily, as this is an arduous pilgrimage and maintain discipline.
  • Instructions of Yatra officer should be adhered to.
  • Carry sufficient money to pay for your personal expenses.
  • It is always advisable to carry your own personal medical kit and First aid box
Don’ts for Chardham Yatra :
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited in Chardham Yatra.
  • Photography inside the temples is not allowed in Chardham.
  • Don’t overstrain on steep gradients.
  • Don’t relax at place where warning signs are fixed.
  • Don’t break traffic discipline & respect local culture & traditions.
  • Avoid carrying heavy Jewellery & valuable items during journey.
  • Don’t try to wash hands/clothes/bath in the rivers en-route your way.

Now it is very necessary to do registration for every tourist for Char Dham Yatra after incident of 2013 Registrations for Chardham Yatra 2016 will start soon. Chardham yatra Registration is Compulsory for all the devotees who are interested to go for Chardham yatra. Registration is also known as Yatra pass or Yathra Permits.

Now the state has plans to contain the number of visitors at any given point of time and the government has made arrangements for mandatory biometric registration of the all the visitors. Also, each of the visitors will be tracked with a GPS-based monitoring system so that tourist flow can be check for a particular Dham and this will be help to make their journey safe as regular updates will be recorded for their location whether they are going for holidays.
