Ek Dham Yatra Ex - Haridwar

Day 01 : Haridwar / Joshimuth(255 kms/8 Hrs. Drive)

After breakfast drive to Joshimuth one of the four 'Maths' established by Adi Shankaracharya. There are many temples in the township most important is the temple of Nar-Singh in commotion of Lord Vishnu. The left arm of this deity is with time and the popular belief holds that the day the arm completely withers Badrinath valley will cease to exist and the Gods will transfer the residence into the neighboring Niti Valley at Bhavishya Badri.
On arrival check in to the hotel or camp.
Then visit Narsingh tample (winter sheet of Badrinath Ji).

Day 02 : Joshimuth /Badrinath (44 kms)

After early breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Badrinath. On our way we see the confluence of Alaknanda and Dhauliganga rivers at Vishnuprayag. Encircled by a beautiful valley, on the banks of holy river Alankanda. With the Neelakanth mountains as the backdrop.
Badrinath Dham is one of the Holiest of the four shrines on the scared itinerary of every devour Hindu.
On arrival check in at the hotel. After freshening up, proceed to visit :
Mana Village : Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet.
Bhim Pul : On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge lies over the roaring Saraswati river. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.
Vyas Gufa (cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.
Later vehicle will drop you at temple parking for Darshan of Badrivishal- one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, guarded on either side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a splendid backdrop. This revered spot was once carpeted with wild berries. Thus the place got the name "Badri van", meaning "forest of berries". You may also explore Tapta Kund, Narad Kund & Brahma Kapal around temple complex.

Day 03: Badrinath - Srinagar (150 kms/7hr)

Early morning check out from hotel and drive to Srinagar, enroute visit temple of Dhari Devi (Dedicated to Devi Kali Mata)- Dhari Devi godess is considered as guardian deity of Uttarakhand located in Kalyasaur along the Srinagar -Badrinath Highway on the banks of the Alaknanda River in the Garhwal Region of Uttarakhand state. It is about 15 km from Srinagar Garhwal & 20 km from Rudraprayag.
Legend 2013 Uttarakhand flood - A manifestation of Goddess Kali, Dhari Devi is revered as the protector of the Char Dhams. When the idol of the diety was removed from her temple then after few hours a very severe cloudburst took place. As per the devotees, the place had to face the Goddess’ ire as she was shifted from her ‘mool sthan’ (original abode) to make way for a 330 MW hydel project. That project lies in ruins after the flood. A similar attempt in 1882 by a local king had resulted in a landslide that had flattened Kedarnath.
Later continue drive to Srinagar is an facinating old capital of Garhwal. It is an important cultural and Educational centre.

Day 04: Badrinath - Srinagar (150 kms/7hr)

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Hari- dwar “Door to Vishnu”.
Upon arrival drop at the railway Station/ Airport for onward destination.
